You can cancel your family subscription at any time.

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period
  • No penalties
  • No hidden steps

To cancel, visit your account settings in Questy or Fuel.

Refunds

We want you to be happy with Thunk. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

Since Thunk is included with your family subscription, refund requests are handled through your primary subscription (Questy or Fuel).

Contact us and we'll work with you to find a fair solution.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@thunk.family with:

  • Your account email
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.

After Cancellation

When your subscription ends:

  • Your conversation history remains accessible
  • You can re-subscribe anytime to restore full access
  • No data is deleted unless you request it
